APCCA Refund POlicy for all Courses
At APCCA, we are committed to providing high-quality training. We understand that situations may arise where you need to request a refund, and we aim to make the process as fair and transparent as possible.
Please read our refund policy carefully:
1. Refund Eligibility
Full Refund: A full refund will be issued if APCCA cancels the course for any reason or if you request a refund within 14 days after you have made a payment.
2. No Refunds in Certain Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
If you have already started the course.
If the refund request is made after the refund window has closed.
3. Special Circumstances
We recognize that sometimes unforeseen events may impact your ability to attend the course. If you find yourself in a situation where you cannot attend the course due to personal or health-related reasons, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you by offering options such as:
A transfer to a future course.
